CRM Development Manager / Scrum Master
6 months - likely to extend
Daily Rate Range - £400 to £449
Location - Canary Wharf, London
The primary objective of this position will be to manage the development of core MS Dynamics Online 2015 functionality and some customisation for sales and marketing department across EMEA as part of a country rollout.
Responsibilities
- Managing offshore scrum team
- Working closely with Product Owner/Project managers/Business analysts on requirements/backlog - Manages client/external relationships.
- Ensuring sprint deadlines are achieved and service quality and client expectations are met or exceeded.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 On Premise and CRM Online 2015 Update 1.
- Recent MS Dynamics CRM online technical experience is preferred
- Focussed enough on application / product development

SKILLS:
- Excellent communication / people skills to engage with business users, product manager and remote scrum team.
- Run a development team across multiple geographic locations.
- Strong problem solving skills in Cloud Environments.
- Ability to handle complex queries.
- Can still roll up sleeves and get hands dirty in development but mainly have in depth appreciation of technical aspects in order to assist/provide direction/coaching to development team.
EXPERIENCE:
- Worked consistently as a CRM Development Manager/Lead Dev for the past 4-5 years.
- 2 + year's experience as senior developer/ development lead in .NET or MSD CRM.
- Experience of helping out with technical aspects so as to gain respect of developers - can engage in discussion at technical level though will mainly be high level.
- Experience working remotely with Development teams and Business users.
- Managing scrum teams of 5-10.
- Experience of sprint planning and sizing work.
- Experience embedding application lifecycle management (ALM) principles into agile scrums, how to structure a solution, branching to reduce need for regression testing and merging code - how to optimise way of working to increase velocity of the scrum teams.
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for managing user stories, issues , version control /configuration etc. Visual Studio, Microsoft Test Manager (MTM) etc
Good to have
- 3+ years MS Dynamics CRM development experience - CRM 2013 or later.
- Experience of DevOps, continuous integration/deployment.
