Field Engineer / Senior Windows Engineer (Microsoft MCSE MSCA Exchange Hyper-V Networking). IT Consultancy is seeking a skilled Senior Field Engineer to install, support and maintain Microsoft Windows networks. You will work closely with senior staff on client-site (predominately based in South West London / Surrey) to gain a deep understanding of their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

This is a varied Senior Field Engineer role, where you will troubleshoot challenging issues and devise innovative resolutions. You will be actively encouraged to continue training, possibly gaining further qualifications to grow your knowledge of Microsoft technologies.

Requirements:

*Microsoft certified, MCSE or MSCA

*Advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies including: Microsoft Server (2008-2012R2); Microsoft Windows (XP-8.1); Microsoft Exchange Server 2007-2013; Microsoft Terminal Services/Remote Desktop Services; Virtualisation (Preferably Hyper-V); Networking infrastructure, LAN & WAN technologies; TCP/IP; Firewalls/Routers

*Valid, clean UK driving license

*Excellent communication and client-facing skills

*Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

*Desirable skills include: Microsoft SQL; Microsoft Office (2007-2013); Microsoft Office 365; Acronis; Activesync/Mobile Email; xDSL Platform and Infrastructure; HP; Cisco Meraki; ZyXel
