Our Client is looking for an Implementation Manager (digital) to join their team in Canary Wharf on an initial 3 month contract

This is an initial 3 month contract with a well known Financial Services client based in Canary Wharf. The project will involve the divestment of new branches, account opening, experience with this is essential, a background in banking or financial services is necessary.

Essential Skills

* Business implementation / project management experience

* Proven track record in implementation management and / or business acceptance of large scale projects

* Experience in business readiness

* Experience working in digital

* Experience working in financial services

* Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders

* Advanced planning / time management skills

* Strong written / verbal communications skills

* Strong stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

* Ensuring all 'change' is accepted in a rapid but secure and stable manner through the appropriate use of business acceptance criteria.

* Carry out post-live reviews, writing rollout strategy

* Co-ordinate and lead Implementation activity across all programme and channel teams

* Ensures detailed checklists are in place for all programme activities and progress is tracked against them

* Ensures that appropriate deliverables are signed off and that all associated activities are executed / embedded in the relevant business area

* Ensures that stakeholders are kept informed and up to date on the status of the Project & Workstream

* Provides a readiness decision for go/no go checkpoints ensuring that the decision is provided and supported by the Channel stakeholder

* Manage channel and implementation RAIDs

* Co-ordinate the production of the Business Change & Training Materials to support each Milestone event (Procedure suites etc)
