An established client of mine in the oil and gas industry are seeking to find a SharePoint Administrator to join their developement team for their 2010 - 2013 migration.
Role & Responsibilities:
- SharePoint (Foundation 2010) site collection administration (permissions management, creation of new sites etc.)
- Working with SharePoint Designer to build work flows based on business requirements, producing user training material and staff engagement activity (possibly including delivery of one to one and/or small group training)
- Later this year we will be upgrading our SharePoint implementation to Server 2013 so the role will involve tasks relating to that project
- Assisting the IMIT Application Development Lead with other tasks as needed - this could include support for testing/configuring new software for the business and other tasks within the software development life cycle
What you will need:
Essential:
- SharePoint (2010 and/or 2013) site collection administration
- Strong communication skills
- Experience providing support to users of a software package
- Problem solving skills
Desirable:
- SharePoint Designer
- Experience of testing software
- Knowledge of a programming language such as JavaScript/JQuery and/or SQL
