Job Description:

Within ITO EMEA Production Engineering (Outsourcing Services business), you'll be part of the Server automation fulfillment team. The team is responsible to design, engineer and deploy the client SA services for the EMEA outsourcing customers.

In the project area, you will:

* Play the SPOC toward the transformation Manager, regarding all services related to Server Automation implementation

* Coordinate the different players to deploy the solutions, within a distributed environment in the 3 regions

* Be responsible and accountable on the deployment of the solution on time, on budget and with the required quality

* Define in details the services to deploy with the customer.

* Ensure end to end implementation of the infrastructure

* Ensure change process is followed for any modification of scope

* Hand over to support team: insure that a full support model is in place, for the infrastructure and application layer. Insure support teams (either local, near or off-shore) have full information and that the overall support flow is functioning.

As such, you may need to travel to customer sites.

Essential Knowledge and Skills Required:

* System monitoring experience and deploying solutions;

* Analytical and problem solving skills

* Experience working with HP Operations Manager 9.x

* Proficiency with database development (SQL) and management

* Proficiency at programming in the Perl, Shell, VBS, Python, Java or PHP programming languages

* Proficiency utilizing JSON, XML frameworks

* Experience with Operating Systems UNIX (Linux, Solaris, HPUX, AIX) and Windows

* Experience designing and developing software applications

* Experience in Software Testing, and Problem Solving

* Experience documenting software functionality, ability to integrate software with existing systems

* Effective presentation, written communication, and verbal communication skills in English

In the engineering area, you will play a role of Subject Matter Expert in one of the solutions / services deployed (inventory, patching, OS provisioning, audit…). As such, you will:

* Manage documentation of the service

* Have a view on the client software / WW DCS roadmap,

* Be the EMEA representative within the client SA governance, representing the needs (defined and coming) from EMEA customers and delivery teams

* Be the main POC for escalation, deep consulting, on the service

* Manage the overall availability and capacity of the infrastructure, combining pro-active (capacity management) and reactive (problem/escalation management) to insure this.

* In the operational role, you will provide deep level of support for the delivered services.

* Engineering degree in Computer Science/Information systems or related field,

* Proven experience in Server management in multiple OS/platforms

* Python development

* Project practice

* Proven ability to lead virtual teams

* ITIL knowledge

* Fluent English

* Presentation skills and customer interaction capabilities
