Programme Manager

You are a proven Programme Manager with exposure to the Financial Services sector. You have led business change programmes and have a proven history in delivering in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. You are able to make key decisions in complex environments and manage key stakeholders of differing levels.

The Role:

You will lead and manage large-scale business & IT change programmes that successfully deliver customer outcomes within the key constraints of time, cost, quality and risk appetite.

Skills Required:

- Understand and clearly document the business objectives and critical success factors for the programme

- Define, structure and plan the programme and approach, with consideration for the dependencies and constraints

- Working with the Planners and project managers, ensure project plans are produced, actively maintained, of the appropriate detail, and consistently aligned to the programme plan

- Define the programme organisation structure and resourcing model with consideration for the necessary outputs, associated skills and communication channels

- Demonstrable experience of large-scale change delivery, preferably acquired within the Financial Services sector

- In-depth knowledge and demonstrable application of project and programme delivery methodologies

- Experience of managing 'Virtual' teams cross function/cross business and geographies.

- Strong knowledge of the IT delivery lifecycle, associated methodologies and their practical application

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills

- A capable people-manager preferably garnered in both a line and matrix management environment

- Hold both Prince2 and MSP
