Programme Manager - Change Management - Insurance - City of London - Permanent Opportunity - Up to £90,000

Programme Manager with experience managing programmes and portfolios of projects within the insurance sector required to join a market leading insurance company in London. The ideal Programme Manager will have experience defining business change and IT change initiatives, having actively contributed to the improvement of the business. The Programme Manager will be responsible for driving business engagement and governance practice through successful programme delivery.

Programme Manager - Change Management - Insurance Required Experience:

* Management of programmes and portfolios of projects within the insurance sector.

* Business Change Management experience, defining and scoping change initiatives and strategies.

* Project initiation and planning - overseeing the initiation, coordination, planning and approval of all projects, identifying all benefits and risks.

* Project delivery - overseeing and managing the scheduling, implementation & delivery of all projects.

* Stakeholder management with senior and board level stakeholders across the business.

* Experience managing teams of Project Managers, Business Analysts, PMOs, and Developers.

* 3rd party vendor management.

* Excellent stakeholder management experience up to board level.

* Experience tracking and reporting project progress to senior stakeholders.

* Lean process improvement experience.

* Experience managing budgets.

* Project Management / Programme Management experience - PMP / Prince 2 etc.

* Excellent communications skills.

Salary: £80,000 to £90,000 + Excellent Benefits Package
