MS Dynamics CRM Trainer,6 month contract, CRM 2011 /2013/2015, Cardiff

The ideal candidate should have typically more than 3 years' experience in an IT applications support environment.

Responsibilities include:

-Strong Dynamics CRM background

-Ability to understand business requirements

-Good training knowledge

-Excellent communication skills

-Maintain high levels of contact with internal/external, clients, specialists, vendors

Skills:

-Dynamics CRM 2011 / 2013 /2015

-MS Office 2013 / 365 (Word or Excel in particular)

-IT Service Management systems
