Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst - Permanent - West London - Up to £75,000 + Excellent Benefits Package

Senior Business Analyst with experience delivering business and IT changes required to join an innovative technology company in West London. This is a leading global organisation with a large, demanding consumer base constantly in need of technology advances. The ideal Senior Business Analyst will have had exposure to Business Architecture and technical analysis of complex issues and problems. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and driven Lead or Senior Business Analyst to get involved in a number of change projects and take ownership of delivering changes to the business and IT systems.

Senior Business Analyst - Candidate Requirements:

Experience as a Senior or Lead Business Analyst delivering business and IT change solutions.

Experience gathering functional and non-functional requirements.

Business / Solution Architecture experience.

Skilled in identifying and diagnosing complex problems.

Technical analysis experience.

Resource planning and experience managing or leading teams.

Strong stakeholder management experience.

Process improvement experience.

Experience in workflow/BPM implementations.

Expertise in modelling practices such as UML or BPMN/BPEL.

Understanding of the SDLC.

Advanced Microsoft Office experience.

Excellent communication skills.

An additional European language is a nice to have however not essential skill.
