My client, a leading retail bank, are looking for a Senior/Lead Business Analyst with strong Excel skills and experience of HR change to work out of their Halifax or Edinburgh offices on a 3 month contract.

The Senior Business Analyst will be working for HR Change to build robust excel solutions that simplify and enhance some key HR processes. Working in an agile manner to iteratively develop solutions sat face to face with the customer.

The successful Senior Business Analyst will have the following:

- Expert in Microsoft Excel including the use of Macros/Formulas. VBA skills would be an distinct advantage.

- Strong verbal skills

- Ability to work in an agile manner, sitting face to face with the customer to translate business requirements in to a robust solution.

- Previous experience working for tier 1 banks advantageous

- Able to travel between Halifax and Edinburgh twice monthly.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a challenging project with the chance to extend their contract.
