AVAYA TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENGINEER

Avaya Telecoms Engineer required for iO's client, a fantastic and growing London based project management consultancy. The Avaya Voice Engineer will take part in roll-outs, migrations, upgrades, and will proactively manage all the Telephony Infrastructure on client sites.

The Role:

Working as part of a small team of Avaya Engineers you will be involved in project based work on client site, mainly around the London area. Projects differ client to client but the Avaya Engineer's can be involved in roll-outs, migrations, integrations, upgrades, implementations, along with BAU support. This is a client facing roll and so the Avaya Engineer will be working with senior stakeholders in large, corporate environments, using their communication skills to inform clients of progress.

Skills required:

* At least 3 years' experience of Avaya contact centre technologies

* Communication Manager

* Session Manager

* System Manager

* AES

* Computer Telephone integration

* Telephony migration experience

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to be client facing, representing the company well

* Ability to multi-task, with a methodical approach and excellent attention to detail

* Demonstrable technical ability in order to contribute to the design, integration and support of Telephony Infrastructure

* A basic understanding of networking up to CCNA level (open to progress the basic cisco networking courses if not currently holding a CCNA)

* A bright self-starter with an excellent attitude towards work
