Leading a team of 3 to 5 quality analysts

Required experience and qualifications:

4+ years’ hands-on commercial experience testing complex software systems

2+ years of leading a team of software quality/testing analysts

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in IT systems or a related discipline

Experience in designing test strategies/scenarios and executing functional/user acceptance tests within specified timelines

Capable to demonstrate working knowledge in SQL query language, writing queries and understanding data structures with a grasp of relational databases.

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse of stakeholders

Ability to synthesize complex information from multiple sources and articulate it via verbal/written communication is a must
