IT Project Manager - 6 Month Contract

*Opportunity to work as IT PM for a major IT company for 6 Months with potential for extension!*

100% of the activities is to Manage IT infrastructure modifications (dismantle, consolidation , upgrade, migration to VoIP) following organic growth project funded by business,

Project manage internal network project to deliver Telecom services to sites e.g. site LAN, Back Office Voice, Contact Center infrastructure set up, firewall, etc.

Coordinate 3rd party supplier, IT SIO local resources, IT GT Data and Voice ops resources, IT GT engineering resources & business resources

Manage scoping documents

Manage project planning

Manage budget

Manage projects actions items & meeting minutes

Manage TG2 (budget and ordering request approval) and TG3 (project completion validation process)

Manage order submission (ITPR / Smartbuy) and deliverables for internal and external orders

Represent IT in front of GRE and / or Business contact

Manage implementation resource, actions and planning

Follow IT RFC process

Coordinate Move To Production activities

Complete project deliverables through business / partner / GRE IT reviews and validations.

Manage project as per performance metrics: - Maintain project data quality so that the project is 100% error free.

- Comply to Toll Gate 3 on-time submission timeline

- Submit PCM in a timely manner

- Raise risks and issues encountered in projects and work with project team to mitigate the risks and resolve the issue in a timely manner

Prince 2 qualification is an advantage!
