Operations Analyst required for one of the biggest Asset Managers in the world and a great place to be. The company has the benefits of both a large and a small organisation and within the London office, your voice and ideas can be clearly heard. You will be working within the operations function team, which support all business projects across transfer, corporate and compliance (fund accounting).

Role:

* Initially the role will be to support the project team

* After you have learnt the business, you will be expected to lead the projects

* Initially you will be supporting the launch of the funds: managing documentation, presentations and project space

* Good opportunity for career progression, their next step would be to become a specialist or manager, you will also have the opportunity to be exposed to the wider business

Requirements:

* 3-5 Years of Operations experience

* Custody / Middle office / Fund Accounting experience

* Some experience with managing projects

* Bachelor degree

* Change Management and Process experience would be preferable

* Confident with good communication skills will be key as they will be working closely with teams in America

* Someone that is able to challenge the business and use initiative to drive the business forward, candidates should be ambitious, motivated and have a strong desire to progress quickly within the organisation.
