Operations Analyst required for one of the biggest Asset Managers in the world and a great place to be. You will be working within the operations function team, which support all business projects across transfer, corporate and compliance (fund accounting).

Role:

* Initially the role will be to support the project team

* After you have learnt the business, you will be expected to lead the projects

* Initially you will be supporting the launch of the funds: managing documentation, presentations and project space

* Good opportunity for career progression, their next step would be to become a specialist or manager, you will also have the opportunity to be exposed to the wider business

Requirements:

* 3-5 Years of Operations experience

* Custody / Middle office / Fund Accounting experience

* Some experience with managing projects

* Bachelor degree

* Change Management and Process experience would be preferable

* Confident with good communication skills will be key as they will be working closely with teams in America

* Someone that is able to challenge the business and use initiative to drive the business forward, candidates should be ambitious, motivated and have a strong desire to progress quickly within the organisation.
