About the role

You’ll focus on ensuring that there is accurate, consistent, timely and transparent reporting and accounting of service charges for all residents. You’ll enter service chargeable costs onto the service charge module, reconcile service charges with actual costs for all tenure types while continuously developing and streamlining the service charge model.

A catalyst for creating consistent service charge policies, you will develop a range of reports that can be used for the purposes of budgets and analytical review while working with other teams and suppliers to create a service charge delivery matrix. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone with exceptional analytical skills to make their mark across the organisation.

About the individual

Ideally a part-qualified accountant with knowledge of In-house and Contact Manager, you will have experience of delivering accurate financial information.

Your strong numerical, analytical and problem solving skills will enable you to handle, manipulate and check large volumes of data using Microsoft Excel.

Knowledge of service charges in the social housing sector would be desirable, as would knowledge of Visual Basics in Excel.

You’ll definitely have the high level of initiative, enthusiasm and motivation and strong planning and organising skills to achieve challenging targets.

Please note that a credit check is required for this role
