Programme Manager / Chief of Staff sought by global games software house. Working closely with the CTO as a Programme Manager / Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for driving strategic technical change through people development, training and coordination as well as collaborating with the PMs and PMOs to define and execute strategic programmes.

You will oversee the development and maintenance of IT policies, procedures, methodologies and governance as well as performance management metrics; establishing and implementing continuous improvement programmes. You will be fully responsible for the training budget and will ensure that teams are functioning to the best of their ability. You will be an influencer and someone that will encourage meet-ups between teams.

Fantastic offices based in a vibrant area of Central London with breakout areas, pool table, console games, fully stocked kitchen and flexible working hours.

Requirements:

*Able to see the big picture and think strategically, evaluating the business impact of issues and prioritising

*Strong planning skills with the ability to appreciate business goals and direction

*Strong people development/training skills

*Strong business management/communication/PR background

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills with the ability to form strong working relationships

*Pro-active and embrace change

*Likely to be degree educated
