Customer Service - Telecoms - SIP/ DATA/ WLR / CPS / ISDN
Location: Dorking / Reigate / Redhill area
Salary up to £28,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
Our client established for over 10+ years is a market leader in business telecommunications services and provides a complete bespoke range of telecommunications solutions.
In line with ongoing expansion and continued business win success, there is now a requirement for an experienced Telecoms Faults & Provisioning Analyst to join their Customer Service Team. It is essential for this role that the successful candidate has a proven track record in B2B Customer Service within a B2B Telecoms business environment.
This is a mixed and varied position and the role will manage the Customer Service experience including implementation and day- to- day management for designated accounts, incoming customer queries, fault logging, trouble shooting, provisioning, billing issues, new order implementation and logistics support.
The successful candidate must be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team and will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external customers (incoming calls). It is also essential that you have the ability to prioritise work, keep to tight deadlines whilst maintaining good levels of accuracy and concentration. You will have a 'can do' attitude, have good problem solving skills and be a team player. Computer literacy is essential (including good IT Microsoft office)
The ideal candidate would have experience working within a Telecoms Reseller environment and have a good understanding of telecoms products and services such as WLR, SIP, DATA , Hosted Telephony & SIP Services.
