Programme Manager - Broadband, Telecommunications, Telecoms, Fibre to the home, Dublin

Duration - Initial 3 months

The role is based in Central London however travel to Dublin will be required 3 to 4 days per week.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager to work on an ambitious FTTH programme in Ireland for one of the worlds leading Media and Broadcasting giants.

Our client requires the Programme Manager to start the FTTH ROI programme with an initial focus on commercial discussions with the different wholesale vendors.

The Programme Manager will be working closely with the Programme Director and product teams in Ireland to establish a team, assist in negotiations and commercial discussions and initiate the programme.

Candidate Specification:

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of broadband in general and FTTH services in particular, good knowledge of the ROI telecoms market, experience of driving commercial discussions and proven track-record of initiating and leading complex programmes of work.

Other Essential Experience Includes:

* Vendor management - the candidate must have the ability to negotiate deals

* Telecoms experience - in particular fibre to the home

* Must have prior experience working on system integration projects
