Become part of a buzzing Recruitment Sales Team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
The company is a specialist Technology Recruitment Consultancy providing contract and permanent recruitment sales solutions too many of the UK's leading companies. They offer expertise to their clients to help them save time and money in their search for IT talent solutions across a range of industries.
Due to renewed growth and increasing demand from their clients, they have exciting new opportunities for trainee Recruitment Consultants in their Bristol headquarters and are looking for graduates who have sales experience to join the team.
They provide leading edge training, a market leading commission scheme, and an opportunity to work within a successful and dynamic environment
To ensure you are successful we will provide you with:
* Bespoke sales training on a regular basis - They have invested in this to ensure that you are fulfilling your potential and earning as much commission as possible
* Internal coaching on a group and individual basis
What can I earn?
Your basic salary is a competitive £16 - £18K depending on your experience.
However this is just the starting block.
In your first year in sales you can realistically expect to earn between £30 to 35k OTE.
