Projects Manager (Civils / Construction)

Are you a Projects/Contracts Manager from a Civil Engineering or Construction background looking for a key senior management position in one of the largest housing development company in the UK?

On offer is the opportunity to play a pivotal role in this company's current and future multi million pound Projects and directly spearhead and affect their growth.

You will be the go to manager for developing new Projects and receive ongoing training and progression with the chance to receive recognition and performance bonus'.

The company specialise in early delivery of housing projects and have various sites all across the UK, employing over 150 employees. They have just recently won a range of new exciting contracts in the Scotland area and are looking for a Projects Manager to keep up with the workload.

This role would suit a previous Projects/Contracts Manager from a Civil Engineering or Construction background.

The Role:

-Advising with business on potential development sites

-Liaising with key stakeholders and landowners on promotion of housing land

-Site appraisals and due diligence

The Candidate:

-Previous Civil Engineering/Construction background (Housing/Land Development ideal)

-Project and proposal management experience

-Experience in AutoCAD

-Good communicator and negotiator
