Role Profile

The Training Developer/Trainer for the roll-out of New Style of IT (NsoIT) will be required to successfully deliver the following tasks, in the key phases of the planned training implementation:

Training Design

Research content of NsoIT training topics assigned by the Training and Development Manager.

* Draft learning objects for NSoIT training topics as assigned by the Training and Development Manager.

* Review the applicability of proposed learning objects with appropriate training stakeholders.

* Advise Training and Development Manager on the design and content of NsoIT training materials.

* Achieve stakeholder sign-off of developed training material design

* Develop NsoIT classroom training materials for the agreed training topics to defined style, quality and timescale criteria.

* Develop NsoIT e-learning materials for the agreed training topics to defined style, quality and timescales.

* Review draft training materials with appropriate project stakeholders

* Revise and update training materials in line with stakeholder feedback

Training Development

Achieve stakeholder sign-off of developed training materials

Training Delivery

* Deliver NSoIT briefing presentation events as assigned by the Training and Development Manager.

* Deliver classroom-based training events as assigned by the Training and Development Manager

* Deliver blended training events as assigned by the Training and Development Manager

* Ensure that all training events delivered are delivered to the agreed standards of training quality

* Assist the Training and Development Manager in the collection, collation and analysis of training evaluation data

Training Evaluation

* Assist the Training and Development Manager in the collection, collation and analysis of training evaluation data

Requirements

Essential

* SC Level Security Clearance

* Professional experience of Microsoft Office 365 and its applications

* Professional experience of Microsoft Sharepoint

* Experience of the development of classroom-based training materials

* Experience of development of e-learning training topics

* Experience and proven skills in the delivery of Microsoft Office 365 training

* Experience and proven skills in the delivery of Microsoft Sharepoint training

* Professional effectiveness to consistently deliver high quality training.

* Experience of working within a defence environment

* Experience of development of e-learning training topics using Captivate

* Exposure and the ability to support the bussness change process working to the Buisness Change Manager

* Microsoft 365 Training Certification

* At least 5 years experience as a Trainer/Developer.

At least 5 years experience in the IT field.
