SAP SUCCESSFACTORS: (SAP HCM, SUCCESS FACTORS, INTEGRATION, STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT)
The work location is based in LONDON and is a 2 MONTHS contract.

Must Have Essential Key skills & Background:
Consultant Skills:
* HCM process and functional expertise
* Team Leadership
* Strong client Stakeholder Management
* Workshop facilitation and ownership
* Expert problem solver
Technical Skills:
* Experienced solution architect in SuccessFactors integration
* SuccessFactors certified in Employee Central (minimum) and certification/experience in other non-Employee Central modules such as Learning Management Systems, Talent Management, Recruitment, Workforce Analytics & Planning
* SuccessFactors implementation experience minimum 2 years covering multiple clients
* Experienced in data / system mapping
Skills required for the role ONLY if the candidate is without SuccessFactors experience:
* Experienced in SAP PI
* Experienced in ECC SAP HCM (configuration)
* Experienced in ECC SAP HR ABAP including RFC and IDOC work
* Experienced in integrating to non SAP solutions e.g. Tivoli, Payroll
