Role Description - Program Munich
This role of Project Manager is a cornerstone of the Professional Services organization. As the primary liaison between the customer and our technical team, the Project Manager should be conversant with all aspects of software delivery in a complex environment. Engagements
within customers typically begin prior to license sale and extend well after the software is placed into production.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Project planning
Schedule management
Communications management
Risk management
Customer/stakeholder management
Budget forecasting & tracking
Onboarding new team members
Resource plan / Project LOE management
Experience and Requirements:
Knowledge of data migration and system integration methodologies
Knowledge of software development lifecycle
In-depth knowledge of our Services (or generally accepted consulting) techniques,
methods, processes, and practices
In-depth experience in business processes and skill in business analysis techniques
Ability to construct/maintain a project budget and manage project accordingly
Excellent oral presentation and written communications skills
Outstanding time management skills
Ability to travel 75% of the time
5+ years project management experience
Agile methodology experience
Experience working directly with customers at all levels of an organization
Telecom experience (mainly OSS/BSS)
Fluent in English and German
Excellent Communications skills
Project management area of product or customized software development (3+ years)
Experience in the telecommunications area is preferred
Candidate - Program Manager
