Software Test Analyst - Automation Testing

Hampshire; Southampton, Winchester area

£38,000-45,000+ Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Software Test Analyst to join a fast growth and highly successful Software specialist based in Hampshire.

This is an ideal opportunity for Mid-Senior level candidates who want to work in a highly technical environment and build on some existing automation test experience. You will join an established IT team implementing leading edge Agile/SCRUM/TDD methods and Automation testing with Selenium.

Responsibilities & Competencies;

* Produce test scenarios, user stories and edge cases for System, Unit , Mobile and Integration tests in collaboration with a team of experienced Developers.

* Arrange and facilitate test functionality and usability.

* Raise bugs with appropriate examples and steps and tracking them to closure.

* Use test management tools to track testing, Jira or YouTrack.

* Work to an Agile, TDD methodology, attend regular SCRUM meetings.

Essential Experience:

* Any Automation testing experience e.g; Selenium, QTP or similar is essential.

* Agile/SCRUM, TDD, BDD experience is preferred.

* knowledge of Continuous Integration; TeamCity, Jenkins

* Unit testing

* Have ISTQB certification or similar

* MUST be a UK resident and eligible to work in the UK

Useful Experience:

* .Net/C# or HTML, CSS programming

* Mobile testing (iOS, Android)

* SoapUI tool
