Are you a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer or Automation Engineer looking to step out of industry and into a trainer / Instructor's role with one of the UK's largest Group Training Associations offering market leading teacher training?

On offer is the chance to receive full training on how to become an advanced skills trainer and instructor. You will be delivering engineering courses to apprentice level learners in a state-of-art technology training centre.

This advanced engineering Training Association have received outstanding reports from Ofsted inspectors in 2015. They have also previously been voted as one of the top 100 places to work in tertiary sector.

You do not need to be an expert, but any knowledge in the following areas will be considered highly beneficial; automation - motors, servo, robotics, programmable logic controllers and PLC programming or CNC controls; drive technology - pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical.

This role would ideally suit a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer or Automation Engineer looking to step out of industry and receive training to become a specialist trainer/instructor with one of the UK's largest Group Training Associations. Any prior experience in a management or supervision would be considered beneficial.

The role:

* Training / coaching apprentice engineers in maintenance and automation control

* No previous trainer or instructor experience needed (training provided)

* Working hours Mon-Thurs (08:00am - 4:15pm) Fri (08:00am - 12:00 noon)

The Person:

* Experienced Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer or Automation Engineer

* Relevant Engineering Qualification (Degree/HNC/HND or similar - subjects may include electrical / mechatronics / mechanical engineering etc.)

* looking for development into a trainer / instructor.
