A rare opportunity for client facing Agile IT project managers to join a fast growing technology company as Project Manager, based in Bristol.

This award winning company develops innovative software solutions primarily for blue-chip organisations in the financial, telecoms and utilities industries. In the past 2 years the company has quadrupled in size to 80+, they've opened 2 additional offices and they're continuing to grow at a very fast rate.

Reporting to the Programme Manager, as Project Manager you'll be managing external development projects for blue-chip clients, you'll also be responsible for embedding Scrum/Agile processes and procedures, shaping the overall project framework, and fostering pace and enthusiasm.

Required experience

-Extensive experience as an IT Project Manager

-Experience with Lean/Scrum/Agile methodologies

-Good understanding of software development and web technologies

-First class organisational and planning skills

-Flexible, pragmatic

-Exceptional communication skills

Experience in the financial services industry would be beneficial.
