My client, a popular British brand is currently seeking to employ a Project Manager to assist in their current period of change and transformation within mobile, digital and branding. After investing considerably into their technology department they are looking for a Project Manager who can help deliver their ambitious digital and multichannel strategy. The successful applicant can expect to come on board and witness the success of current projects but have an impact on existing and new projects to shape the new vision.
The successful Project Manager will be required to design and recommend system options specifying functional and non-functional requirements. You will be responsible for the scheduling of the projects and building strong relationships with stakeholders in order to communicate project progress and manage expectations. The Project Manager will be expected to lead the projects and develop and track the project plans. You will be comfortable managing third party relationships and ensure solutions are fit for purpose.
Key skills and experience required;
* Experience of Project Management processes, such as quality, change and plan management as well as understanding RAID management
* Experience of planning and prioritising in a face paced environment
* Maintaining strong relationships with third parties, stakeholders and project team members
* Enthusiasm to drive new technologies and solutions
* Awareness of business trends and emerging technologies
* Prince2 (preferred)
