A Leading Software house based in the centre of Glasgow are looking to expand their senior head count by 3. Ideally the business are looking for strong technical skills in C#, ASP.NET, Agile focussed individuals who are keen on a leadership type role.

The business specialise within the retail industry and have multiple projects running (the majority of which are Greenfield).

Joining a team of 30, you will be involved in the full software development lifecycle of enterprise platforms including the development of new applications, support of live applications - troubleshooting, defect triage, problem diagnosis, root cause analysis etc.

Requirements

Strong software development background

.NET programming skills

Knowledge of databases / SQL

Ideally you may have exposure to the following:

* WPF, WinForms, MVVM, Entity Framework, SQL Server 2008 R2/2012/2014, Azure SQL, MSMQ;

* ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS;

* Testing tools and frameworks such as NUnit, Moq;

* Windows configuration & command line tools e.g. PowerShell would be beneficial;

* Cloud based virtual servers and configurations such as Microsoft Azure;

* RESTful web services (JSON) such as MVC Web API.
