ICT Change Administrator - Contract (6 months) - Edinburgh - up to £130 per day

The Company

Spring Technology is looking for an ICT Change Administrator to complete an initial six month contract with a public sector client in Edinburgh. The client is a well respected and established company within their field who are also currently going through a period of digital transformation.

The Role: ICT Change Administrator

The successful ICT Change Administrator will demonstrate strong and effective skills in the management of change requests and can coordinate all activities to be compliant within the client's current procedures and policies. You will be crucial in taking ownership of multiple small to medium size projects and instrumental in assessing any possible risks associated with project completion.

Responsibilities:

*Identifying requirements, utilising resources and organising the necessary change through to completion

*Providing assistance to other staff on change projects

*Contributing towards projects to improve the effectiveness of current ICT systems

*Processing change requests

*Recording decisions for future actions and managing ICT data

*Working closely with 3rd party suppliers on change projects and activities

Essential Experience:

*Demonstrable experience as an IT Change Administrator or Implementation IT Support Analyst

*Previous experience in ICT change management / CAB

*Managing multiple change projects simultaneously

*Stakeholder management

*Project/Programme Management within an ICT setting

*Knowledge of IT products and services

Desirable Experience:

*Previous experience with digital strategy implementation

*PRINCE2 / project management experience

*InfoSec knowledge
