Responsible for all aspects of their Telecoms Service offering, with a focus on meeting installation and maintenance commitments, including communications with end users; you will lead the planning and implementation of installations and maintenance for telephone systems that typically affect many users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, implement & monitor installations and maintenance works
- Resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between service delivery tasks
- Manage project budget and resource allocation
- Development of their core database
- Management of all Telecoms stock
- Management of contracts and SLA's (Service Level Agreements)
- Support of End User
- Facilitate the definition of service levels and customer requirements
- Interact regularly with existing or potential clients to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving delivery.
- Liaise with Sales force in delivering product and provide timely updates on deal status
- Ad Hoc Duties to support business requirements within the department
Experience/Attributes
Essential:
- Must have previous experience of working within a Service desk role
- Experience in working with technical support (this role is admin based, applicant does need to have worked in technical role)
- Effective leadership of staff
- Passion for client satisfaction and customer service
- Record of project management/service delivery success
- Pro-active in developing and implementing strategies that significantly mitigate risk
- Strong and current awareness of external trends and best practices.
Desirable
- Experience working with Mobile Technology
- Experience working with Hosted Technology
- Experience working in Telecom Industry
