Agile SCRUM Master - Glasgow - £60,000

This is an opportunity to become an Agile SCRUM Master with a very advanced Professional Consultancy based in a commercially affluent part of Glasgow.

You will have the opportunity to gain insight in to an emerging and fast growing market - where you will be one of the first to gain some exclusive industry experience as well as influence to development processes with your own ideas.

Responsibilities:

- Able to implement Agile (Kanban) development processes with a Continuous Improvement perspective

- Leading a team of Java, Python and C++ developers with daily SCRUM stand ups

- Advanced level of development planning and reviews

- Coordinating project plans and agreeing sprints with Product Owners to roll out to the development team

- Involved with recruitment processes for your team

Skills required:

- Experience as a SCRUM Master (essential)

- Agile/Kanban (essential)

- Leading Open Source teams or having a basic understanding of the tech (desirable)

Salary on offer is one of the best around - up to £60,000, including a very competitive benefits package: 10% pension, 20% bonus, 25 days holiday (reviewed), flexible working hours.
