Software Team Lead Developer (C# .net) - Glasgow - £60,000

A growing software house based n the centre of Glasgow are looking to expand their development team and recruit for a Team lead.

The business are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and innovative individual who enjoys a challenge and who looks for opportunities to make best use of technology in problem solving.

You will be tasked with building, managing and developing a small team of highly experienced C# .NET developers to work on their flagship product.

The role will involve providing technical guidance and leadership to the development team, exhibiting exemplary technical skills, driving the team to deliver software to multiple platforms.

You will develop high quality solutions using latest technologies and providing software development expertise and be expected to undertake peer code reviews, manage and motivate a team of ASP.NET developers and provide technical analysis and design where required.

For this you will be offered a generous salary of up to £60,000 (dependant on experience) plus 26 days holiday, flexi & remote working, a 5% pension scheme and a 10% bonus.
