Senior Business Analyst job, Edinburgh, £40K-48K, for a global investment bank.

Your new company

This global bank are currently going through a restructure. As a result of this, they require a senior business analyst to join their change team based in Edinburgh.

Your new role

You will interface with a number of teams across the bank to review and, where appropriate, re-configure the banks products. You will work on a variety of product focused projects and take a lead role in the analysis and process mapping around these. You will do this by chairing analysis workshops and communicating any risks or issues arising from these. You will work closely with project managers and junior business analysts to play a key role in the successful deliver of these projects.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a strong background working as a business analyst within financial services. You will have previously worked on regulatory change projects and have an in depth knowledge of the workings within regulations. You will be comfortable working with products such as custody, fund admin and payments. Furthermore, any knowledge of risk/compliance projects will help you in being successful for this role.

What you'll get in return

You will receive a basic salary of £40K-48K. You will receive a benefits package on top of this, including performance related bonus and pension contribution. You will have the opportunity to work with a global bank and play a key role in their change team from an early stage as they grow this function.
