C++ Developer / C++ Software Engineer (UNIX Messaging). World renowned financial organisation is seeking a skilled C++ Developer to design and develop high availability, high volume systems, used to send over 300 million messages every day.

As a C++ Developer you will work throughout the full development lifecycle to deliver scalable, fault tolerant and secure code. Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, you will be actively encouraged to contribute to the open source community and take part in meet-ups and conferences.

Based in the City this is a friendly, cooperative environment where you will be well-rewarded for your successes and innovations.

Requirements:

*Strong C++ skills

*Experience of UNIX / Linux machines (UNIX scripting, command lines, tooling)

*Good understanding of object-oriented design, data structures and algorithms

*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

*Previous experience with high availability, high volume systems would be desirable
