Your new role

Based in the centre of Glasgow, the Scrum Master will be required to provide expert and professional agile scrum master services to the group, including shaping and running successful design and development sprints, managing the link between development teams and stakeholders. You will have exposure to several software projects that differ in size and timescale so the ability to juggle tasks simultaneously and complete these to strict deadlines is essential. Development of agile best practise standards and quality assurance processes across software development teams. Support fellow departments or group businesses with agile development and delivery advice as necessary

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally the candidate will possess:

* Degree level qualification or equivalent experience in an IT related subject

* PSM Level I

Along side:

* Experience of working in an Agile delivery model - SCRUM and/or KANBAN framework within software engineering practices

* Experience of Test Driven Development (TDD) techniques

And:

* Experience as Scrum Master

* Experience in matrix-managing multi-disciplinary teams

* End to end project lifecycle experience on a number of software development projects

* Practical experience working in a continuous integration development environment

* Practical experience of introducing new efficient processes or concepts in the development environment
