Senior Technical Support role with a leading Public Sector body | Renfrewshire | circa £35k

Your new company

This large public sector organisation are looking for a Senior Technical Analyst to join their growing IT team, covering 1st and 2nd line support as well as 3rd line support to large change projects.

Your new role

You will support the organisations front line operations with managing and supporting regular systems maintenance or following up on problem investigation and recommendations for small-scale change. You will also be required to carry out full impact and risk assessments before taking ownership of the end-to-end delivery of the change across multiple functional and technical areas.

What you'll need to succeed

You should have a strong background in technical Infrastructure support with commercial experience working with Windows Servers, Active Directory and Exchange, knowledge of LAN/WAN, Citrix, SCCM and VMware, as well as good technical skills in SAN and NAS technologies, Backup technologies and Lotus Domino.
