Database Developer - SQL Server / ASP.NET / C# - 6 months - Up to £350 per day - Aberdeen / Work from home

The Company

Spring Technology's client, a well known organisation in Aberdeen, is looking for a Database Developer to help to design and develop a replacement database system as part of a system refresh project.

The Role: Database Developer

As a successful Database Developer, you will be instrumental in the full development life cycle of designing, developing and integrating a new database solution for the client which will process multiple different sources of data entry, data capture and processing.

Responsibilities include:

*Conducting a detailed business analysis of the requirements for the prospective database solution

*Designing the initial concept of the new database solution using ASP.NET, SQL Server, Javascript, HTML, CSS and Visual Studio

*Developing, implementing and troubleshooting the database solution

*Installing the new database on other IT systems to allow access from other key sources

*Training staff on the use of the new system

Essential Experience:

*Extensive experience in designing, developing and integrating database solutions across the full lifecycle

*Demonstrable experience with ASP.NET, SQL Server, Javascript, HTML, CSS and Visual Studio

Desirable Experience:

*WebAPI and RESTful

*Entity Framework

*Bootstrap
