Technical Team Lead / Technical Service Delivery - Managed Hybrid IT Solutions
This role is a working for a leading provider of Managed hybrid IT Solutions in a hybrid role. The role has elements of Technical Architecture and Senior level engineering / Service Delivery / Project Management and Team lead function.
The role will be based onsite at a City based FTSE 100 Enterprise client and manage the technical relationship between the MSP and the client as well as managing onsite resource.

Project related tasks
Responsible for the following tasks during the lifecycle of a project:
§Input to the RFP document
§Scoring of RFP responses
§Attend vendor demos onsite or offsite
§Attend reference site visits and meetings - responsible for the technical elements of the proposed solution
§Technical liaison throughout the project with internal and external resources
§Review vendor documentation to ensure compliance with client standards
§Responsible for the infrastructure and solution design
§Create or assist the project manager with the creation of project plans (MS Project)
§Create or assist the project manager with the creation of resourcing plans
§Review existing infrastructure for suitability of co-hosting rather than purchase new hardware
§Provide technical assistance to the PM and BA throughout the project
§Hostattendpresent at Technical Assurance Group meetings
§Attend dailyweekly project meetings
§Draft the Technical Design Document and manage this through the Architecture Review Board process
§Document and represent any new standards to the relevant board or authority for sign off
§Define data integrations within the project scope
§Complete build forms for any servers to be deployed, assist others in the department
§Undertake the solution build through Dev, CTE and Production environments
§Document the solution build process
§Assist SQS with the configuration of CTE in preparation for performance testing
§Facilitate the requirements to allow end user functionality testing
§Interpret performance test results and troubleshoot where required
§Liaise with the vendor for any issues, troubleshoot and apply hotfixes patches if required
§Assist the PM with the change management process
§Complete service handover documentation
§Provide support during the warranty period, normally 1 month, following go-live
