Excellent role on offer for a Contracts Manager who is looking to join a well-established company where you will be the key figure and solely responsible for managing large scale, blue chip contracts.

Do you have experience in managing large scale electrical installation contracts within a High End environment? Are you electrically qualified? Are you looking for a role where you can progress your career by managing an integral part of the company's contracts?

This company have been established for over 15 years and have firmly established themselves as a big player in the high-end residential and commercial electrical fit-outs industry. They are continuously developing having won vast new contracts and are looking for a contracts manager to support their thriving order books.

This person will be responsible for the managing of contracts ranging from £100K-£2million and co-ordinating the engineering side of this. You will be liaising with customers, the buying department and the engineers.

The ideal candidate will have an electrical qualification and must have experience in handling large contracts, ideally within a High End residential or commercial environment e.g. Museums. This is an exciting opportunity for a contracts manager looking to gain recognition working on large scale contracts whilst working in a small team and progressing your career to the next level.

The role:

*Working alongside clients & meeting with clients

*Negotiation & placing sub-contracts / orders

*Overall management of companies contracts

*£40'000-£60'000 + Health + Pension + Benefits

The Person:

*Must have experience in handling large scale contracts

*Must come from an electrical fit-out background

*Familiar with Engineering standards
