IT & Business Change Manager is required to join a prestigious and growing company from their head office based in central Basingstoke.

The role of IT & Business Change Manager will be to provide project and business change support and management across the company and will be required to work from other locations as activities dictate. You will be reporting into the IT Director and working alongside the IT management team, project sponsors, management board, stakeholders and project teams to identify and implement technology and projects that meet the requirements of the firm and support its strategic goals. To do this you will be required to take a lead role in technology and business change projects and initiatives

The correct individual for the IT & Business change manager role will be:

* Experienced Project Manager with strong Business and Requirements Analysis skills.

* Ability to work across and within teams, at all levels of the business.

* Ability to work with external suppliers and 3rd party implementers.

* Ability to manage change and implement systems and solutions across a distributed office environment.

* Excellent communication and customer facing skills.

* Risk and issues management

* Ability to manage multidiscipline projects

* Able to prioritise work in line with business needs having a flexible approach to change.

* Self-Starter and work well under pressure.

* Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

* Qualifications in project management (Prince 2, Scrum)

* Contract negotiation & reviews

Desirable skills and experience

* Project and business change management in a professional service environment.

* Familiarity with some or all of

* Document Management Systems

* Practice Management Systems

* Intranet and Extranet Technologies

* Legal process management

* Regulatory and compliance affairs
