As a building services engineering manager you will people and project manage on electrical and mechanical building services projects. This hands on role will enable you to be a key client point of contact for engineering issues while preparing feasibility reports / valuations in an advisory capacity. It will include design, budget estimates, producing service specifications and assisting with tender documentation as guide and motivate the team towards project delivery.
