Project Manager - PRINCE2, APMP, Agile - 6 months - Edinburgh - Up to £400 per day

The Company

Spring Technology's client, a valued company in Edinburgh, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join them on an initial 6 month contract to help out by managing and delivering a variety of projects.

The Role: Project Manager

As a successful Project Manager, you will be crucial in managing a number of projects, in addition to working closely with the PMO function to implement new standards and practices within the team.

Responsibilities include:

*Project managing multiple projects simultaneously

*Analysing areas for training and tools to further improve the working standards of the PMO function

*Embedding best practice and standards for the PMO function

*Establishing, monitoring and ensuring correct governance and project reporting

Essential skills and experience will include:

*PRINCE2, APMP or equivalent project management qualification

*Extensive experience as a Project Manager

*Successful coaching of the PMO and teaching project management principles

*Demonstrable experience in managing project resources and delivering to agreed standards, budgets and milestones

*Previous experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously

*A thorough understanding of project management and business analysis methodologies

*Creating and managing project plans in Microsoft Project

Desirable skills

*Previous experience with MindGenius or Trello
