Nigel Frank International are currently working on behalf of an international telecom company on a contract basis on an initial 12 month contract. The successful candidate will have extensive BSS/OSS experience with many full-cycle implementations under their belt.

The role:

*The position is client facing both on the business and IT

*Reporting to a multitude of stakeholders

*Able to reach appropriate timelines

*Provide leadership to manage activities for cross functional teams and execute effectively

*Be responsible for leading Business Transformation delivery work stream within a transformation program

*Leading the business analysis work stream to align program scope to business objectives, conduct requirement definition for initiating vendor RFPs, and to manage architecture office to ensure project delivery to the intended outcomes

*Be responsible for designing and optimizing the Enterprise Architecture (business process, application, technology, and data architecture disciplines) for the Telecom operator
