Engineering Manager - Digital Technology - West Oxfordshire

£75,000-£100,000 package

One of the world leader’s true leaders in digital software are looking for an effective, natural leader to join them as their Engineering Manager.

They require an experienced technical team Manager to deliver a range of award-winning digital technology solutions to a number of sectors including financial services, education establishments, government and telecoms, across the global markets.

Reporting into the CTO, you will be leading a capable, enthusiastic Development team, advising and challenging them. You will hold responsibility for all stages from configuration management through to coding of the product to define and deliver the full piece.

Furthermore, you will be a key figure in driving the product vision through the new roadmap, contributing with new ways of thinking and new ways of delivery to assist with the growth plan.

Background required:

Several years of hands-on software development experience

A number of years’ of project management / product engineering focus

Exposure to Software as a Service (SaaS), Cloud Services or Data Storage

Architecture & delivery of web-based IT systems

Stakeholder communication & management skills

The package on offer is £75,000 - £100,000 depending on experience, and you will be based out of West Oxfordshire.
