Job Title: Billing Manager / Co-ordinator
Permanent Full Time Position
Location: Huddersfield Area
Salary: £18K - £22K (negotiable depending on experience)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Billing Manager / Co-ordinator at a successful and growing company based in the Huddersfield area. If you have a Telecoms Billing or Provisioning background that is ideal however the company would also consider candidates with a Financial / Accounting / Billing / Administration experience in another sector if you have the acumen to learn. This is an interesting, mixed and varied role.
Key Role and Responsibilities' Summary
Billing.
*Import Call Data Records on a monthly basis.
*Correct all rejections and raise queries where necessary with suppliers.
*Reconcile supplier bills against customer billing information.
*Enter all new customer information and amend where necessary.
*Create and amend tariff information.
*Produce and send bills along with marketing material as and when required.
*Produce monthly and ad-hoc reports for company directors, accountant, customers and agents.
*Produce and manage commission reports for sales people, account managers and agents.
Provisioning
*Liaise with carriers and suppliers to place orders for all voice and data products.
*Utilise various portals for the different products and suppliers.
*Record accurate details on our in house CRM package and billing system.
*Project-manage the provisioning and provide regular feedback and updates to the customer via telephone and email.
*Liaise with other internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of all services.
Customer Services
*Answering the telephone and emails and dealing with first-line queries.
*Logging support cases both internally and with external suppliers.
*Keeping the customer fully informed of updates.
Sales Support
*Assisting sales consultants, account managers and directors with sales quotes and customer requests.
*Producing cost comparisons of telephone bills.
*Up-selling products and services to existing and new customers via the telephone and email, pro-actively as well as re-actively.
Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 17:30
Friday 09:00 - 17:00 Flexibility required at peak times
Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the telecoms industry.
