Discovery Analyst / 6 Months Contract / Edinburgh, Pudsey / Up To £370 Per Day

Leading financial services company seek 10x Discovery Analysts to join their team in either Edinburgh or West Yorkshire

The role is business critical and forms part of the Group Privileged Access Management workstream who require discovery analysts to meet project and regulatory expectations.

You will be responsible for working within a team to resolve daily escalations from a delivery Partner on 100,000 accounts where ownership cannot be established

Successful candidates will need to have excellent communications skills as they will be dealing with Manager’s in different CIO’s. You will also be involved in Waiver requests to process them to get sign off on Technical escalations.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

                                                                                                               To be responsible working within a team to resolve daily escalations from a delivery Partner on 100,000 accounts where ownership cannot be established

                                                                                                               Able to influence colleagues to prioritise the work and return responses within the same day to close down issues and allow the delivery partner to succeed.

                                                                                                               In addition work through Waiver request process to ensure documentation is accurate and signoff through all forums.

                                                                                                               Ideally experienced working in an IT Delivery Project driven by tight timescales.

                                                                                                               Very strong communication skills able to resolve problems with CIO’s and SD to ensure the right priority is given to the project

                                                                                                               Analytical as the data and relationships are complex and will need to be quickly understood

                                                                                                               Experience of spoken and written communication skills to HOF level

                                                                                                               IT Technical delivery experience, can quickly learn and correspond on different technologies

                                                                                                               Experience of software development lifecycle and management steps

                                                                                                               Able to spot risks and report upwards what mitigations can be achieved.

                                                                                                               Very organised and driven in gaining results

                                                                                                               Able to document in technical and non-technical language.

                                                                                                               Able to prioritise competing demands based on the priorities of the project

                                                                                                               Excellent record keeping, ensures agreements are recorded and that accurate data completed.
