Network Project Manager (Broadband) - initial 3 month contract - East London

We have an exciting contract opportunity for a highly skilled Network Project Manager (Broadband services) with wholesale Broadband or Ethernet market experience.

This role will see you supporting one of the largest Media and Broadcasting giants in the UK... This means unlike other contracts you will be working with cutting edge technology, a highly talented digital hub team and enjoy a 'start-up' feel.

Technologies; Project Management and associated methods and tools, In-depth knowledge of the full life cycles of software delivery products

Responsibilities & You;

* Managing the project deliverables and activities from teams across the technology departments, along with external suppliers of products and services.

* Keep control of the Ops Model in place assisting the project team to offer a great customer service and experience.

* Work closely with Business analysts and Programme Manager to review product definitions, requirements, specifications and roadmap, as well as ensuring successful delivery.

* Deliver the existing and define new projects requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements.

* Conduct risk analysis sessions to identify, prioritise and mitigate project risks.

* Forecasting and reporting of project milestones and status.

* Use data from pilots, trials and performance data to proactively feed into decision-making.

Technical Skills and Experience:

* Project management experience on large scale or complex IT programmes with responsibility for a major or a series of smaller work streams

* Prior experience on Wholesale Market desired.

* Previous experience in Telecoms, in particular Broadband or Ethernet market, with working knowledge of telecommunications broadband and networking technologies.

* Proven experience with full life cycles of software delivery product in project manager role.

* Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, opportunistic new ideas with technical and non-technical employees

* Broad business knowledge including commercial, financial and technical awareness.

* Experience in system Integration projects.
