Our solutions span the full end-to-end processing of millions of insurance policies around the world, helping our global clients provide you with the protection and service you deserve.

Your New role:

Due to continued successes, we now wish to enhance our projects team with an experienced IT Project manager. Working within large-scale programmes, you will be solely responsible for all project activities and deliverables. As a key member of the programme team, you will work closely with both senior client stakeholders and cross-functional internal team members as you will drive the delivery, implementation and support of our truly global software solutions.

With all the supporting technical and business skills available to you, you will matrix-manage a team, providing both guidance and resolutions in your timely delivery to our clients. Our programmes utilise a number of delivery methodologies, typically Waterfall, PRINCE2 and Agile and you will drive your projects forward using a pragmatic and consultative manner.

Being global in nature, there will be opportunities for worldwide travel as project phases demand and it is anticipated that you will be with your clients 2-3 days a week.

What you'll need:

As the successful candidate you will demonstrate experience in a similar software-focused role. You will have experience in the development and implementation of large-scale applications that have broad-ranging business impact to the client.

You will be comfortable with a bespoke solution centred around a base product suite and critically, show a flair for instilling confidence and trust as a "safe pair of hands" with senior global stakeholders. Ideally, you will have experience within the Insurance sector, however this is not critical - what is more important is your ability to manage both internal and client stakeholders - be they project team members or senior executives.
