UAT Tester

UAT / User acceptance tester / Edinburgh / 6 Months/ Immediate start

My public sector client is currently looking for a UAT tester to come on board the project for the next 6 months. In this contract you will be supporting in setting up an online portal for users to submit their documents to the portal.

Key skills and experience:

- Experience of documenting test results, including defects and progress.

- Experience of liaising with IT developers to resolve faults and identify possible resolutions.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders and fellow testers.

- Ability to plan scripts into logical test cycles.

- Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to present data and results in a clear and concise manner.?

- Desirable experience of working in an Agile IT development environment.

- Some practical experience of using JIRA.?
