Your new role

This opportunity is for a Business Information Systems Support Analysis to join a team of five. This role is primarily to provide specialist support and troubleshoot day to day activity within the business information systems. You will also contribute to ongoing development of key systems functionality through detailed analysis of the business processes.

In this role you will also be responsible for the delivery of training when you have identified it as necessary. In addition to the testing and rolling out of new systems functionality.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previous experience participating in workshops, preparing and rolling out training to users across a business. You will have experience writing user stories and requirements and the full software development process/life cycle. To be successful in this role it will be beneficial if you have knowledge of Crystal reports or Microsoft Reporting Services.

What you'll get in return
